Your online visit is included in the cost of your medication (if prescribed). If your physician determines you’re not a good candidate for treatment, you’ll get a full refund for your online purchase. 

Physician consultation and prescription fulfillment services on the AmplixinRx platform are not covered by insurance. However, the cost of the online visit is typically less than most co-pays.

Your prescription shipments are shipped monthly. You can pause, delay, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, per state and federal statutes. However, if you feel we have made an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at hello@amplixinrx.com.

Signatures are not required upon delivery.

Once your order is shipped from the pharmacy, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment. All orders are shipped 2 Day Air to ensure medication is received as soon as possible.

Orders are only able to be shipped on weekdays; orders placed after 6 PM EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.

You’re only charged for the medication after a physician has approved a personalized treatment plan.
